Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh: A strange conspiracy has been exposed in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The Kakaroli police station of the district arrested two youths on Tuesday night, who were using pegions to spread terror among locals. Two accused, identified as Shoaib and Shakibm, used to tie LED lights to the legs and neck of pigeons and fly them in the dark so that people would mistake the flashing lights in the sky for drones and get scared.
Recently, a rumour had spread in many districts of western Uttar Pradesh that some mysterious drones with red and green lights were seen flying in the sky at night. Due to this, people in many villages were living in fear, and even night watchmen were being deployed for safety.
Truth Revealed After Police Investigation:
Last night, Kakarwali police received information that red-green lights were seen flashing in the sky. The police immediately showed promptness and reached the spot, and chased the flashing light. The light was seen moving towards the fields and forest, after which the police investigated and found that the light was not coming from a drone but from a pigeon.
The police caught two pigeons from the spot, which had LED lights tied to their legs and necks. During interrogation, it was revealed that the accused Shoaib and Shakib used to fly these pigeons intentionally so that people get confused and think they are drones, and panic spreads in the area.
During interrogation, both of them admitted that they had hatched this conspiracy deliberately and had brought the necessary equipment for it from Delhi.
