Bhagpat, Uttar Pradesh: A video is surfacing on social media that shows a policeman from Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat in a raging avatar. The police man was caught slapping and abusing a young UP man. Netizens are terming the video as hooliganism by police men openly in the streets of Baghpat. The incident is from the town area of the Khekra police station.

The video is a 'no context' clip which abruptly starts in the middle of an ongoing fight between police men and young locals. The police man can be seen raging at a man. He was captured saying, "Aur ek marunga, jitna bolega, utna marunga, shanti se khada reh. (I will hit you again. The more you speak, the more I'll hit. Stand quietly)"

Upon his warning, the youth still persistently confronts him and the policeman man who lost his control, slapped him hard on the face. He then started abusing him while other locals tried to intervene. When another police man objects to the one who is shooting the incident in his camera, he grabs his phone and allegedly bites him too.
