'Humare Area Main Agar Gaadi Aagayi Toh... Haath-Pair Tod Denge': Delhi Locals Threaten MCD Dog Catchers Over Relocation of Strays; WATCH VIDEO

Huge outrage has been seen in the last few days among animal activists and dog lovers across the country over the Supreme Court's order on the relocation of stray dogs in Delhi-NCR. A similar video of Delhi locals standing tall against the decision is surfacing on the Internet. Although the protestors in this video are not just protesting against the SC's decision, but also threatening MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) workers. It is being massively shared on social media and getting loads of reactions from the netizens.

The video can be seen shot in a park probably from Delhi, shows a man and women recording a threatening message for the MCD and its workers. A woman in the video states that their people will break hands and legs of those who try to come near the dogs in their area and try to catch them. The man and woman says in the video, "MCD wale kan khol kar sun lo, agar ek bhi mere dog ko hath laga diya na, toh haath pair tod denge." Gesturing to massive sticks, she said, "etne mote-mote latth lagenge jo bhi puttar humare area main ghus gaya toh."

Protestors Offers Dog Catchers To Work With Them

The man in the video offers dog catchers and responsible workers to catch stray dogs to work for them. He says that he will pay whatever salary governemnet pays the workers, but they have to help the locals to save the dogs. The man said, "Agar tum bachna chahte ho, toh humari taraf se ek tumhare liye offer hain, jo kam tum sarkar ke liye kar rahe ho, woh humare sath aao, jitni salary sarkar deti hain, woh hum de denge. Humare sath milke in baccho ko bachao, Tum apni salary lo tumhe salary se matlab hain."

Lastly, the woman said, "Agar humare area main gadi aagayi, toh soch lena tumhara kya hoga, hum inke liye jail bhi janeko taiyyar hain aur marne ke liye bhi taiyyar hain. Yeh bejubaan hain, inki aavaz hum hain. Yeh anaath nahi hain, inke liye hum hain."
