Locals can be seen running behind the aircraft and capturing the sight on their phones. Now, the interesting part is that netizens are claiming that this video is of an Indian teenager from Bihar's Muzaffarpur.

With the video, many social media handlers who post viral and trending visuals have claimed that Avinash Kumar from Bihar has made this aircraft with scrap material and without external guidance, which cost him around ₹7,000. Avinash Kumar, who is unknown to his identity, is receiving wide praise on social media for successfully flying the aircraft up to 300 feet.
