Ujjain Police Reunites 60-Year-Old Woman With Family, Lost During Mahakal Sawari; Cop Consoles Her As She Breaks Down — Watch Emotional Video

Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): A 60-year-old woman who got separated from her family during the second Sawari of Baba Mahakal on Monday was joyfully reunited with her loved ones by Ujjain Police.
A video surfaced showing a heartwarming moment, where a police officer is seen consoling the woman. In the video, the cop is heard gently assuring her, repeatedly saying that he will help her reunite with her loved ones. He then takes her to a food stall, offers her something to eat, and sits beside her to comfort her. The woman, visibly emotional and in tears, breaks down again as she finally meets her family members.

The woman, identified as Suman, a resident of village Ghusiana, police station Kheragarh, district Agar, had come to Ujjain to attend the divine procession and seek Baba Mahakal’s blessings.

She was found wandering near the Mahakal temple premises.

Acting swiftly, the police calmed her down, gathered information, and managed to trace her family.
Moments later, Suman was joyfully reunited with her loved ones, turning her distress into heartfelt smiles. The family expressed deep gratitude to the police for their timely help and kind gesture during the spiritual celebration.
The said woman was immediately brought to Mahakal police station by an aware passerby. Taking immediate cognizance, police station in-charge Mahakal Gagan Badal directed Assistant Sub Inspector Chandrabhan Singh Chauhan to search for the woman's family.

After getting the information about the identity and native place of the woman, Ujjain Police disseminated the information of the woman through social media and collected the information of the related village "Ghusiana" through Google search and with the help of the village sarpanch and other local sources, the mobile numbers of the family members were obtained.
After continuous efforts, contact was established with the daughter of the woman, who immediately reached Ujjain. She was overwhelmed to find her mother safe at Mahakal police station and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Ujjain Police with tears of joy.
