This announcement comes ahead of the scheduled September arrival of the premium OnePlus Pad 3, leading to the logical inference that this mid-summer launch in India is aimed at the more affordable OnePlus Pad Lite — a device already introduced in the UK and select European markets on July 8.
The OnePlus Pad Lite is positioned as a budget-oriented alternative, delivering a balanced feature set. It sports an 11‑inch HD+ (1,920 × 1,200) LCD panel with a 90 Hz refresh rate and up to 500 nits brightness, offering vivid daytime visibility. Powering the tablet is a MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, paired with up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, running Android 15-based OxygenOS 15.0.1.
A key highlight is the sizeable 9,340 mAh battery, supported by 33 W SuperVOOC fast charging, promising long usage periods with minimal recharge time. For audio, the Pad Lite features a quad-speaker setup certified for Hi-Res Audio, delivering immersive sound in media consumption .
