The dismissal occurred in the 14th over of the innings as Boland was in the middle of an outstanding spell, having already dismissed India's opening pair of KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal.

Team India's star batter Virat Kohli yelled at himself in frustration as he fell to Scott Boland for the second time in the ongoing fifth Test against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). The right-handed batter also fell in similar fashion as he has done in the entire Australia series, poking a delivery outside off-stump and nicking it.

The dismissal occurred in the 14th over of the innings as Boland was in the middle of an outstanding spell, having already dismissed India's opening pair of KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal. While Kohli had hit the Victorian for a boundary in his previous over, he couldn't resist poking at the delivery outside off-stump on this occasion, much like the first innings as Steve Smith took a comfortable catch.

The 36-year-old, meanwhile, served as the stand-in captain when Jasprit Bumrah went off the SCG for a scan. The Indian bowlers did a brilliant job on day two to eke out a slender four-run lead by bowling Australia out for 181. Debutant all-rounder Beau Webster scored a fighting half-century and his fifty-run partnership with Steve Smith (33) was the highlight of their innings.
But the home side largely struggled on a bowling-friendly surface in Sydney. Both sides will be keen to win the Test, with the Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) World Test Championship (WTC) final place on the line.
