MCL Cricket League, SportVot x FPJ Report: Solapur Fighters Overwhelm Pune City

Solapur Fighters defeated Pune City by eight wickets in the MCL Cricket League in Solapur on Friday. Pune City were bowled out for just 90 runs with Solapur Fighters Somnath Bharle finishing with bowling figures of 2/7. The home team chased the target easily with the lost of just two wickets.

In another match, Sambajinagar Warriors defeated PCMC Challengers by 11 runs. Warriors made 111 runs but PCMC Challengers could manage only 100. S Jayed took three wickets in four overs and conceded just 20 runs to bag the honours.

The six-team event is being played in Solapur from December 12 to December 20. Total six teams are participating in the event. Solapur Fighters will meet next Sambhajinagar Warriors and Pune City will meet PCMC Challengers.
