The result not only added two crucial points to SRH’s tally but also officially ended LSG’s hopes of making it to the playoffs this season.
Lucknow Super Giants posted a challenging total of 205/7 in their 20 overs. Mitchell Marsh led the charge with a superb 65 off 39 balls, smashing 6 boundaries and 4 sixes. He was ably supported by Aiden Markram, who struck a fluent 61 off 38 deliveries, hitting 4 fours and 4 sixes. Middle-order stalwart Heinrich Klaasen anchored the innings with a composed 47 off 28 balls, guiding SRH steadily toward the target. The chase was completed in 18.2 overs, with SRH finishing at 206/4.
