'Have To Find A Way To Love It &...': Ravichandran Ashwin's Wife Cites 'Mixed Feelings' Ahead Of ENG vs IND 1st Test

Retired Indian cricketer Ravichandran Ashwin's wife Prithi Narayanan posted an emotional story on Instagram as Team India gears up to face England in the first of the five Tests at the Headingley, Leeds. Taking to Instagram, Prithi Narayanan admitted that there will be mixed feelings and must find a different way to love a Test match moving forward.

Ashwin's retirement left a major hole in Team India's line-up as the off-spinner called it a day after the Brisbane Test against Australia last year. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli followed soon after, leaving the tourists with a massively inexperienced batting unit ahead of the gruelling five-Test series in England.

Ashwin, meanwhile, retired as Team India's second-highest wicket-taker with 537 scalps in 106 Tests at 24 apiece.
