In a thrilling IPL 2025 encounter at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on May 22, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) got a dominant 33-run win over the Gujarat Titans (GT).
LSG unleashed a batting masterclass, posting a mammoth 235/2 in their 20 overs. Australian all-rounder Mitchell Marsh led the charge with a scintillating knock of 117 runs off just 64 balls, hammering 10 boundaries and 8 sixes. He was well supported by West Indies star Nicholas Pooran, who smashed 56 off 27 balls, including 4 fours and 5 sixes, keeping the GT bowlers under immense pressure throughout. Despite the onslaught, Gujarat's bowling unit had little success. Sai Kishore was the most effective, finishing with figures of 1/34 in his 3 overs.
