England opener Ben Duckett shared an adorable moment with his daughter after his match-winning ton on day five of the opening Test against India at the Headingley in Leeds. England cricket shared a video of the same following the game as the left-handed batter was seen holding his daughter in adorable fashion.

The Nottinghamshire batter scored one of the most memorable fourth-innings ton, with England being in pursuit of 371 to win the Test. The southpaw clobbered 21 boundaries and a six in his 170-ball 149 as the home side gunned down the target with five wickets to spare.

Having deservedly won the Player of the Match award, the southpaw stated that the run-chase of 2022 was thoroughly in their mind and credited the bowlers for getting out the tailenders cheaply. Duckett said at the post-game presentation:

"Just an incredible game, India were superb. To go into day 5, finish like we did was incredible. Wanted to get through last evening without losing wickets. It was clear this morning - if we batted through, we'd get home. 2022 was mentioned, I wasn't there. Guys in the dressing room believe. We've shown maturity throughout the day and shown how much it means to win. At times, we were behind this game. Massive credit to our bowlers who got the tail out cheaply. Else you'd add 50-60 to the target which would be a different game."
