With Siraj coming in to bowl the 65th over, the Hyderabad-born cricketer teased one outside off-stump, inviting Stokes to take the bait. The left-hander ended up falling for it and fiddled with the ball but only managed a thin outside edge to Rishabh Pant, who took a simple catch.

Harry Brook stands firm as England lose two wickets in the first session of day three
Meanwhile, the Englishmen had lost Stokes and Pope but Harry Brook looked the most comfortable. Brook, along with Jamie Smith, kept the runs coming as he took England to 327/3 at lunch after they began the day at 209/3.
India had been bowled out for 471 after Yashasvi Jaiswal (101), Shubman Gill (147) and Rishabh Pant (134) struck centuries. Jasprit Bumrah was the sole wicket-taker on day two, dismissing Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett and Joe Root.
