‘Yugantar 2047’: Indian Army & Punit Balan Group To Host Mega Youth Programme In Pune | Sourced
The Indian Army has organised the ‘Yugantar 2047’ programme to spread awareness about the role of the Indian Army in 'Nation Building' and to encourage youth to join the Army by highlighting various career opportunities. The programme is being jointly organised by the Indian Army’s Recruiting Zone Pune and the Punit Balan Group (PBG).
The event will take place on March 25 at the Ganesh Kala Krida Manch in Swargate, with around 3,000 students from prominent educational institutions and colleges expected to participate. The theme of the programme is ‘Youth, Yoga and Technology.’
Key attractions include inspirational lectures by senior military officers, sessions on recruitment in the Indian Army, insights from cadets sharing their transformation journeys, a special motivational lecture by renowned speaker Jaya Kishori, an arms exhibition showcasing the latest military technology, a mind-reading presentation by renowned psychologist Amit Kalantri, and a musical performance by Sabali – The Band. RJ Tarun will host the event.
An inspirational session on 'Nation Building' will also be held, aimed at spreading awareness about the Indian Army’s contribution to the nation's progress and shedding light on career opportunities within the Army.
Punit Balan, President of PBG, said, "'Yugantar 2047' is not just a programme but a platform for Indian youth to connect with the values and ethics of the Indian Army and to explore opportunities to serve the nation. The initiative emphasises discipline, leadership and the importance of innovation."
Major General Yogesh Chaudhary added, "'Yugantar 2047' has been jointly organised by the Indian Army and the Punit Balan Group for Pune's youth. This is an important attempt to inform the younger generation about India’s glorious history. During the event, approximately 3,000 students from various educational institutions will learn about the Army’s efforts to make India 'Atmanirbhar' and showcase its strength. NDA cadets will share their experiences, and Jaya Kishori’s lecture will offer a glimpse into Indian culture. We look forward to welcoming you to the programme based on the theme ‘Youth, Yoga, and Technology,’ starting at 10:30am at the Ganesh Kala Krida Manch on March 25."
