While the news of traffic violations, accidents, road rage incidents, and traffic congestion from Pune often go viral, it was the day of a Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) bus driver who taught a lesson to a negligent car driver who came from the wrong side at the signal.
The video of the incident has gone quite viral on social media, earning the PMPML driver the praise he deserves.
In the video, one can see a car entering from the wrong side, which led to a traffic snarl as it blocked the route of the PMPML bus.
As per the report by Pune Mirror, the PMPML driver has been identified as Balu Gaikwad. He works at the Bhekarainagar depot of PMPML.

In just five months since its launch, 1.17 crore passengers have used the app, resulting in the sale of 69.42 lakh tickets and 24.23 lakh passes. Accordingly, a total revenue of Rs20.85 crore has been generated through the app.
