Singer Shaan Buys ₹10-Crore Luxury Bungalow In Pune’s Prabhachiwadi

Singer Shaan, best known for his songs like 'Chand Sifarish', 'Deewangi Deewangi', and 'Hey Shona', among others, has purchased a luxury bungalow in Prabhachiwadi village, Maval taluka, Pune district, for ₹10 crore, along with his wife Radhika, according to property documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
According to the transaction registered in March 2025, the plot is around 0.4 hectares, while the built-up area is approximately 5,500 sq. ft.
Reportedly, the transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹50 lakh, while the registration fee was ₹30,000.

As per the IGR property registration documents, the property rented out by Madhu and Siddharth—Priyanka's mother and brother respectively—measures 4,800 sq ft.
The documents revealed that the transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹39,000 and registration charges of ₹1,000.

The registration document specifies a security deposit of ₹13.5 lakh, with a lock-in period of 36 months for the lease.
The transaction was registered in February 2025.
According to the agreement, there will be an annual rent escalation of 5 per cent, with the monthly rent rising from ₹2.25 lakh to ₹2.73 lakh by the fifth year.
Over the five-year lease term, the total rental income is expected to be ₹1.49 crore.
