A 24-year-old man, residing in Pune's Kharadi, recently took to Reddit and claimed that he was "sexually assaulted" by a stranger while he was giving directions.
"I'm 24M, living in a PG in Kharadi. Half an hour ago (11pm), I was walking on the road. A person came on a Scooty and asked for directions. While I was thinking about the direction, he touched my pe*is. It took me a second or two to process before I confronted him. He also took out what looked like a dil*o, licked it and asked 'cho*sega'," the Reddit user wrote.
He said he then punched the man, pushed him and his Scooty down and ran away. "Now, I'm thinking I should have taken note of his license. Really bad experience. Man, I'm buying pepper spray. You all, especially women, should also keep one handy," he added.
Meanwhile, Reddit users called him "brave" for "fighting" the situation.
"You were brave enough to fight it off and that's good. Some people get frozen in such situations and don't know what to do," a user commented.
"Wtf is going on in Pune. Every now and then we're getting these kinds of cases. People are not afraid of the law anymore, they don't even think before doing something wrong," another user wrote.
