The Municipal Administration had announced that the inauguration of the 1.5-kilometer-long flyover between Manikbaug and Hingne in the third phase would be held on June 15. Its work had also started at a fast pace. But it has been raining continuously since May. Due to this, the work of constructing the ramp of the flyover was stopped for a few days. The mud on this ramp turned into slush, so they had to wait for it to dry before doing the next work. Also, the asphalting on the flyover could not be done due to rain. There was good rain in June too. Due to this, the pace of work has slowed down. This work is likely to be completed by the end of July.
