Nashik Shocking Video: Drunken Brawl Turns Deadly; Youth Bludgeoned To Death In Front Of Liquor Shop

A shocking incident took place in the Ambad Police Station limits in Nashik on Tuesday (July 8, 2025) at around 12:30pm in front of a liquor shop (Vishal Wine Shop, Dutt Mandir Bus Stop, Trimurti Chowk), in which a youth was murdered over a drunken argument. The deceased has been identified as Ganpat Ghre (resident of Untwadi), and the accused has been arrested under the guidance of Senior Police Inspector Madhukar Kad.

According to the information received, Ghre and the accused, Samod Kaur, were sitting and drinking liquor in front of a country liquor shop near the Dutt Mandir Bus Stop. At that time, they had a verbal argument over a trivial matter. This argument turned into a fight, and Kaur hit Ghre hard on the head with a wooden stick. Ghre died on the spot due to the attack.

On receiving information about the incident, Ambad Police immediately reached the spot and arrested Kaur. According to police sources, both were drunk, and it has come to light that the murder took place under the influence of alcohol.
