With the aim to strengthen the startup ecosystem in the Marathwada region, the Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council (MAGIC) organized the second edition of its ‘Investor Meetup 2.0’. The event, held at CMIA Hall, Bajaj Bhavan in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on Saturday, received an enthusiastic response from both investors and startups. It was organized in collaboration with FAAD Network (a SEBI-registered investment platform) and Nath School of Business Technology (NSBT).

The event provided startups with opportunities for funding, expert guidance, and professional networking—all under one roof.
The startups Trev Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Bluewheelz, Wholeleaf – Pure, and others participated in the meet. Similarly, Element Sports Science – High-performance training and recovery solutions for athletes, Patra by Bilvam Foods and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. – food products that give a modern twist to traditional flavors, and Cookies and Crumble – a range of traditional and innovative baked goods, exhibited their products during the meet.
Ritesh Mishra, Director of MAGIC, shared the current and upcoming initiatives. He emphasized the need for a robust investment ecosystem to support the region’s startup culture and set forth an ambitious goal of nurturing at least 10 unicorn startups from Marathwada. He stressed the importance of investment readiness, collective support, and long-term commitment.

So far, MAGIC has incubated 142 startups and continues to offer quality mentorship, market access, and funding linkages. Present at the event were MAGIC’s Managing Director Prasad Kokil and Directors Milind Kank, Sunil Raithatta, Ashish Garde, along with Prof. Nipa Mehta from NSBT. The event was anchored by Preeti Kamthe.
