US President Donald Trump's real estate firm is all set to build a commercial tower in Pune.

Tribeca Developers, the local licensed partner of the Trump Organisation, together with real estate firm Kundan Spaces said they will build the Trump World Centre on North Main Road in Pune's Koregaon Park Annexe.

This 4.3-acre project is expected to clock over Rs 2,500 crore ($289 million) in sales.

According to the company, the project will have two glass towers with more than 27 floors and 1.6 million square feet of office space.

One tower will offer for-sale offices, and the other will rent out space, it added.

The project plans to offer amenities like crèches, salons, auditoriums, gyms, sports facilities, spas, restaurants and grocery stores, the company further said.

Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organisation and the US president's second son, said in the statement that India had "embraced the Trump brand" with "remarkable enthusiasm".

"After our successful collaboration on several iconic residential projects, we are proud to launch our first commercial development in India," he said.

"Trump World Centre Pune will set a new standard of sophistication and excellence, reflecting the same commitment to quality that defines Trump properties across the globe," he further said.

Ashish Jain, Managing Director of Kundan Spaces, added, "This project reflects our vision to put Pune on the world map and redefine the city's business landscape."
