Nationalist Congress Party (SP) chief Sharad Pawar has urged citizens to put aside political differences and unite against terrorism in the wake of the recent deadly attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking at an event organised to celebrate the birthday of veteran socialist leader Raosaheb Pawar, Sharad Pawar emphasised that the attack was not on any particular community but on the nation as a whole.
“The attack was on Indians. There may be political differences, but when the country is attacked, there should be no differences. The current stand must be one: to keep the country united. We can discuss other matters later,” Pawar stated.

He praised the Centre's approach after the attack, mentioning that the government convened an all-party meeting where his party was represented by Supriya Sule.
