Thane Crime: 28-Year-Old Man Arrested For Killing Cousin Father-In-Law Over Family Dispute In Bhiwandi
The Bhiwandi Taluka Police have arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly killing his cousin father-in-law over family disputes in Bhiwandi on Friday night. The accused has been identified as Rupesh Waghe (28), a laborer by profession, who lived with his wife in the Mithpada area in Bhiwandi. The deceased has been identified as Buwa Korde (34), who lived in the same locality.

Thane: The Bhiwandi Taluka Police have arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly killing his cousin father-in-law over family disputes in Bhiwandi on Friday night. The accused has been identified as Rupesh Waghe (28), a laborer by profession, who lived with his wife in the Mithpada area in Bhiwandi. The deceased has been identified as Buwa Korde (34), who lived in the same locality.
The incident took place in the room on Friday night. The police said that the deceased was often under the influence of alcohol and would escalate issues with the accused's wife and accused over petty matters. On the day of the incident, the deceased came to the accused's home, started a heated argument with the accused's wife over petty issues, and used abusive language.
"The escalations began to turn into a fight. In a fit of rage, the accused took a stone and attacked him, causing his death." Said an police.
Following this, he fled the scene. The locals alerted the police about it after they learned about the murder. The police rushed to the spot and found him lying in a pool of blood. He was sent to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival. The police collected evidence from the spot. An FIR has been filed against the accused under the charge of murder.

Vilas Kadam, a senior police inspector from Bhiwandi Taluka, said, "We rushed to the spot after receiving information about the incident on Saturday. During the primary probe, it was shown that the murder may have been driven by a domestic dispute. We have arrested the accused and are carrying out further investigation into the matter."
