President’s Police Medal Awarded To Principal Secretary (Home) Anup Kumar Singh At Raj Bhavan Ceremony
A total of 64 officers and personnel were given the police gallantry medal, four officers were awarded the President’s police medal for distinguished service, and 38 officers and personnel were presented with police medal for meritorious service.

Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan presented police medals for gallantry, President’s police medals for meritorious service and police medals for meritorious service to 106 police officers and personnel at an investiture ceremony held at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday.
The medals were announced by the President on Independence Day 2022 and 2023 and Republic Day in 2023 and 2024.

Principal Secretary (home) Anup Kumar Singh (President's police medal) and special inspector general (law and order) Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma (meritorious service medal) were among those who were decorated.
Deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde, minister of state for home (Urban) Yogesh Kadam, director general of police Rashmi Shukla and family members of decorated officers and men were present.
