Navi Mumbai: The Marriott Courtyard Hotel, Nerul, has come alive with the sights, sounds, and flavours of Rajasthan as it hosts the grand ‘Khamma Ghani Rajasthan’ Food Festival from August 8 to 17. The ten-day culinary and cultural celebration offers guests a chance to savour authentic Rajasthani delicacies during daily dinners and a special Sunday brunch.

Authentic Rajasthani Menu Curated by Expert Chefs

The festival opened in spectacular style, with vibrant dance performances to traditional Rajasthani folk music, setting the tone for an immersive cultural experience. Head Chefs Suraj Singh and Geetam Singh have curated a royal menu featuring iconic dishes such as Dal Baati Churma, Marusthali Ker Sangri, spicy Gatta Curry, wholesome Bajra Khichda, fiery Laal Maas, and desserts like Malai Ghevar and Mishri Mawa.

Live Folk Music, Puppet Shows, and Dance Performances

Adding to the festive spirit, live Rajasthani music and puppet shows will be staged throughout the event, offering guests a glimpse into the state’s rich cultural heritage.
