Mumbai Shocker: Youth Kidnapped & Sexually Assaulted, Video Recorded; One Accused Arrested, 3 Others Absconding

Mumbai: In a shocking case of kidnapping and sexual assault, a 19-year-old youth and minor were allegedly abducted, beaten, and forced to perform sexual acts on camera by a group of men. The crime reportedly took place at an office located in Bhuleshwar. The L T Marg Police have arrested one accused, while three others remain on the run.

The complainant and victim 19 year old, who works in Mumbai and resides in South Mumbai, was reportedly lured from Parbhani along with his friend, Who is minor by four men in a car under false pretenses. The accused brought the two victims to Pune and later to Mumbai, where they were confined inside a vehicle and then inside an office space on the second floor.

According to the complaint and victim, the accused physically assaulted both men using belts and kicks. In a deeply disturbing turn of events, the accused allegedly forced the victims to strip and engage in absence sex with each other while the incident was recorded on video.

One Arrested, 3 Others At Large

L T Marg Police arrested Gautam Dilip Goswami alias Hrithik (25), a resident of Gulalwadi of Mumbai from his house on July 9. The arrest was made by the local detection staff. Goswami reportedly has no prior criminal record. The three wanted co-accused have been identified as  Dheeraj (25), Bharat (21), Panjubhai Goswami (45). All accused are working as Angadias. Otherside, Victims also having criminal background, Robbery cases have been registered against both into Railway police, Said police Sources.

The victims were taken to a general hospital for medical examination. A case has been registered under relevant sections of the BNS and Pocsoat LT Marg Police Station. Police are investigating the incident and searching for the absconding accused. Police not yet recovered the Video, that recorded by accused.
