Mumbai Shocker: Monster Mother Helps Teen Boyfriend For Rape & Murder Of 2.5-Year-Old; Both Held

Mumbai: In a shocking case from Malad, a 2.5-year-old girl was allegedly raped and killed by a 19-year-old youth with the help of the child’s 30-year-old mother. The horrifying crime came to light when the injured child was brought to a government hospital in Malvani’s Janakalyan Nagar late at night.

During examination, doctors found severe injuries on the toddler’s private parts, leading them to suspect sexual assault, according to Midday report. The attending medical team immediately alerted the local police, prompting swift action. The Malvani Police registered a case based on the medical evaluation report and arrested both the accused 30-year-old mother and her 19-year-old boyfriend.

The police have booked both under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including rape and murder, along with sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

According to police sources from Midday report, "The accused woman and the 19-year-old accused boy were allegedly in a relationship. It has also come to light that the woman was divorced three years ago after her husband had left her when she was pregnant. She gave birth to a girl and has been living at her mother's house ever since she developed a relationship with the accused boy."

Police officials added, "Last night, the accused raped the infant girl in front of her mother. The girl was screaming with pain, and later she died."

The official mentioned that the child was allegedly raped by the teen in the presence of her mother. The girl cried out in pain during the assault and later died from the injuries she sustained. After the incident, the accused mother brought the daughter to the government hospital in Malvani Janakalyan Nagar and misled the doctors that her daughter was suffering from epilepsy.
