Mumbai: Four Feared Dead, Around 25 Injured After Speeding BEST Bus Crushes Several Vehicles In Kurla Market; Visuals Surface
According to MFB report, 25 injured reported out of which 4 were brought dead, other injured people’s condition is awaited.

Mumbai: A major accident involving a BEST bus occurred on SG Barve Road, Kurla West, on Monday evening, December 9. The mishap resulted in the death of four individuals, while 25 others are undergoing treatment at nearby hospitals, officials confirmed.
The BEST bus reportedly veered into a crowded market at high speed, hitting several pedestrians. The incident occurred in front of the L Ward office on SG Barve Road. Kurla police reached the spot promptly and initiated an investigation.
The bus, operating on Route No. 332 from Kurla Station to Andheri, ran over 25 pedestrians near Ambedkar Nagar in Buddha Colony. The injured were rushed to Sion and Bhabha Hospitals in Kurla. Preliminary investigations suggest that the accident might have been caused by brake failure. Further inquiries are ongoing.
