Mumbai News: Juhu Luxury Apartment Sold For ₹106.52 Crore In One Of City's Biggest Real Estate Deals
In one of the biggest real estate transactions in Mumbai’s residential market, a luxury apartment in Juhu has been sold for a staggering Rs 106.52 crore. The deal, finalized on January 19, 2025, involves the sale of Flat No. 701 in Tower A of Lodha Avalon, a high-end residential development on Juhu Tara Road.

Mumbai: In one of the biggest real estate transactions in Mumbai’s residential market, a luxury apartment in Juhu has been sold for a staggering Rs 106.52 crore. The deal, finalized on January 19, 2025, involves the sale of Flat No. 701 in Tower A of Lodha Avalon, a high-end residential development on Juhu Tara Road.
According to registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com, the seller of the apartment is V Hotels Limited, while the buyer is Sahastraa Advisors Private Limited. The apartment, spanning a built-up area of 9,863 square feet, also includes five car parking spaces. While the exact RERA carpet area is not provided, estimates suggest it could be around 8,963 square feet.
The deal translates to a price of approximately Rs 1,08,000 per square foot based on the built-up area. On an estimated carpet area basis, the rate soars to Rs 1,18,844 per square foot, making it one of the most expensive residential transactions in the city.
Juhu, known for its luxury real estate and celebrity residences, continues to attract high-net-worth individuals and investors. This transaction highlights the demand for ultra-luxury homes in Mumbai’s prime locations.
