Alternate Routes To Worli

For the next two years, approximately, residents can opt for these routes to reach Worli without Elphinstone Bridge:

To get to Prabhadevi to Worli from Madke Buwa Chowk, you have two primary choices. Option 1 requires traveling along Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road directly through Krishna Nagar Junction, Parel Workshop, Supari Bagh Junction, and Bharat Mata Junction. Next, make a right onto Mahadev Palav Road, go over the Currey Road Railway Bridge, and turn right at Shingte Master Chowk to access the Lower Parel Bridge.

The second option, however tricky is from Madke Buwa Chowk also proceeds straight along Ambedkar Road through Krishna Nagar Junction, Supari Bagh, Bharat Mata, and Sant Jagnade Chowk. From that point, make a right onto Sane Guruji Road, go over the Chinchpokli Railway Bridge, and turn right at Chinchpokli Junction to continue along N.M. Joshi Road. Moreover, if you are approaching from Sion/Matunga, turn right at Khodadad Circle (Dadar TT), proceed along Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, and arrive at your destination via Tilak Bridge, considering possible detours because of the Tilak Bridge Eastbound Closure.

Residents Speak Against Elphinstone Bridge Demolition
