Mumbai: As demand for ultra-luxury homes continues to rise, Sarvesh Singh, Executive Director of Alkem Laboratories, has bought a sea-facing apartment in Bandra for Rs 174 crore. The home is part of the high-end Supreme Art House project by Supreme Universal and is located on Mumbai’s popular Carter Road.
The apartment is a large duplex, covering 12,148 square feet and taking up two full floors. It offers stunning views of the Arabian Sea from three sides. The deal also included a stamp duty payment of Rs 10.44 crore, according to CNBC report.

Speaking about the sale, Sunny Bijlani, Joint Managizng Director of Supreme Universal, said, “While such transactions are more commonly seen in South Mumbai or Worli, this deal marks the largest of its kind on the Bandra seafront.
