Mumbai: BMC-Run Nair Hospital Dental College Receives Prestigious 'Best Social Service In Asia Pacific Region' Award

The BMC-run Nair Hospital Dental College has received the prestigious United States-based Pierre Fauchard Academy award for its social sector contribution. The award is in the category of ‘Best Social Service in the Asia Pacific Region’.
Dr Neelam Andrade, Dean of Nair Hospital Dental College received the award on December 8 from Dr Cheryl Billingsley, international president of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, at an event in New Delhi. The Pierre Fauchard Academy was established in 1936 and is given in memory of the French dentist Pierre Fauchard, who is considered the father of modern dentistry.
