Man Arrested In Pune For Sending Obscene Messages To Maharashtra Minister Pankaja Munde
Following the complaint, the cyber police tracked the accused and apprehended him. Further investigation is underway to determine the motive and whether others were involved.

Mumbai: The Maharashtra Nodal Cyber Police have arrested a Pune resident for allegedly harassing BJP leader and Maharashtra cabinet minister Pankaja Munde with obscene phone calls and inappropriate messages.
According to officials, the accused had been targeting Munde over the past few days with repeated calls and offensive messages. The matter came to light after a complaint was filed by Nikhil Bhamre (26), the social media coordinator at the BJP's Maharashtra office in Nariman Point, Mumbai. Bhamre Step up to the Mumbai Nodal Cyber Police and registered a complaint. Based on his statement, the cyber police registered an FIR under Sections 78 and 79 of the BNS along with relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act.
Following the complaint, the cyber police tracked the accused and apprehended him. Further investigation is underway to determine the motive and whether others were involved.
