Mumbai: The Bombay High Court today issued a show cause notice to advocate Nilesh Ojha on April 8, representing Disha Salian’s father, stating why contempt action should not be initiated against him for making allegations against a sitting HC judge and a former HC chief justice.
A special 5-judge bench was constituted after it was brought to the notice of the Bombay High Court that Advocate Nilesh Ojha, representing Disha Salian’s father, had made scandalous allegations against a sitting HC judge and former HC chief justice.
Bombay High Court further directed YouTube and a media organisation to remove video clips of the press conference where Advocate Nilesh Ojha made the allegations.
