BMC Announces 12-14 Hour Water Cut In Mulund East After Pipeline Damage; Check Affected Areas
The BMC said that during micro tunneling work carried by Sewerage Operations department, a 750 mm diameter water pipeline was damaged in Mulund East on Monday, March 17.

Due to damage in a main pipeline, there will be no water supply in Mulund East area of Mumbai for the next 12 to 14 hours. The residents can expect the restoration of water supply by afternoon of Tuesday, March 18.
The BMC said that during micro tunneling work carried by Sewerage Operations department, a 750 mm diameter water pipeline was damaged in Mulund East on Monday, March 17. The repair of the pipeline is undertaken on war footing and the water supply will be restored once the work is completed, which is expected to take next 12 to 14 hours.
The affected areas are: Eastern Express Highway stretch in Mulund East and near Mulund station, Mhada Colony and Hari Om Nagar.
