Nail The Moment, Own The Mood
Fast, fun, and flawless press-on nails designed for Gen Z’s ever-changing mood and vibe—peel, press, and express your creativity anytime, anywhere

For Gen Z, beauty is more than a routine—it’s a form of identity and mood expression. Nails, once reserved for salon visits and special occasions, have now become an everyday accessory, evolving as fast as the trends on social media. Tapping into this shift is nailinit, a new-age nail care brand co-founded by Tanishq Ambegaokar and Shubham Singhal, aiming to make nail glam fast, fun, and accessible.
Launched with a high-energy creator event in Mumbai, nailinit’s debut brought together over 200 popular names from the digital world, signaling a cultural play rather than just a product drop. With a core approach of “Peel. Press. Pose.,” the brand is designed for creators, trendsetters, and anyone who loves switching up their vibe without the time or hassle of salon appointments.
nailinit offers over 40 press-on nail styles that range from clean and minimalist to bold and expressive, reflecting the versatility and aesthetic agility that defines Gen Z. But more than the designs, it’s the intent that stands out—bringing self-expression into the hands of users, literally and instantly.
The founders saw a gap in India’s nail care market, where innovation has lagged despite growing interest. They believe nailinit is not just keeping up with global beauty trends, but driving them locally.
“Nail startups are booming in India, driven by a young audience seeking quick, stylish, and expressive beauty solutions. My co-founder Shubham and I connected after spotting the rising nail care trend in Western markets, confident the revolution would reach India too. With my experience building ventures and leading one of India’s largest startup communities, and Shubham running a top influencer management agency, we knew we were the right team to create a new-age, content-driven, Instagram-first product brand. The Indian nail segment alone is projected to grow by 12% CAGR over the next 5 years, and nailinit is perfectly positioned to lead this evolution. This space, though loved by women, has been a segment without much innovation or depth unlike western countries. We’ll be going on to build a new-age brand that has all the right ingredients to become one of the most loved and fastest-scaling startups in the beauty and lifestyle space,” said Tanishq Ambegaokar, Co-founder & CEO.
“We’re building a brand that puts creativity, convenience, and community first. This launch is the first step in a much larger journey. From product design to digital experiences, every touchpoint is crafted to empower individuality and make premium nail art effortless. We’re excited to keep pushing boundaries and co-creating with our audience as we scale. With my experience and our influencer network featuring names like Ronit Ashra, Sakshi Keswani, Abhijeet Kain, and many more the brand isn’t just riding the trend, it’s shaping the culture,” added Shubham Singhal, Co-founder.
With plans to scale across offline, e-commerce, and quick commerce platforms, nailinit is setting the tone for how Gen Z wants to do beauty—boldly, instantly, and always on trend.
