'Mumbai Ka Dubai': Inside Salman Khan's Sister Arpita Khan & Ayush Sharma's Ultra Luxurious Sea-Facing Home In Bandra
The couple, along with their children Ahil and Ayat, live in a lavish apartment that offers jaw-dropping views of the Arabian Sea

Nestled in the upscale neighborhood of Bandra, Mumbai, Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma’s sea-facing residence is nothing short of a dream. The couple, along with their children Ahil and Ayat, live in a lavish apartment that offers jaw-dropping views of the Arabian Sea and the city skyline-a view that Aayush fondly calls "Mumbai ka Dubai."
A grand welcome
The home opens up to a wide and impressive entrance lobby that instantly gives off an air of sophistication. Farah Khan, during her recent visit to the apartment, couldn’t help but be wowed by the scale and elegance of the space. She humorously remarked that the building's elevator was larger than her own bathroom!
The interiors of the apartment are inspired by minimalist Scandinavian design, think clean lines, natural textures, and a calming palette. The hues of white and blue dominate the living and dining areas, creating a soothing and stylish ambiance.
Art with a personal touch
Among the standout elements of the home is a spiritual painting of Ayatul Kursi, created by none other than Salman Khan-Arpita’s brother. Farah was struck by the beauty and serenity of the piece when she stumbled upon it during the tour, adding a personal and meaningful dimension to the couple’s decor choices.
Farah was floored by the sheer scale of the living room, comparing it jokingly to a cricket field. The space is filled with plush, modern furniture and makes an ideal setting for both intimate family moments and high-profile gatherings.
Balcony with a view and then some
The crown jewel of the home is its massive balcony and outdoor deck. Lined with lush greenery, this open space offers uninterrupted views of both the sea and the Mumbai skyline. Whether it's watching the sunset, hosting a party, or simply sipping morning coffee, this balcony is designed for leisure and luxury. Farah called it “better than Dubai,” and it’s not hard to see why.
Giant skylight windows wrap around the apartment, flooding it with natural light and offering panoramic views from virtually every corner.
A home that wows celebrities
Throughout her house tour, Farah Khan couldn’t stop expressing her awe and playful envy. At one point, she exclaimed, “Yeh kya ghar hai? Why have you never invited me here before?” Her reaction speaks volumes about just how impressive this space is-not just in terms of size, but the aesthetic it serves even with minimal decor.
