The singer, who has been largely inactive on social media due to his enlistment, recently delighted fans with a rare update, sharing glimpses from his recent life and military duties.

Taking to his Instagram today (February 23), V reassured fans of his well-being with a heartfelt message. In a fun way, he wrote, "sergeant kim has come to report that he’s alive.! it’s D-107. after the scary winter has passed, and after taking care of my body in the warm spring, i’ll prepare in good health and come to see you! 🙇🏻♂️"
The pictures show the singer in his military uniform, enjoying the winter season while also staying fit at the gym. His update quickly gained traction, sending ARMY into a frenzy.
