Anuja Luniya is honest about the reason behind writing this book. She admits her weaknesses, speaks about her syndrome, and her struggle to counter the same. ‘And so, this book was born – out of pain, persistence and play,’ (sic) she says.
She, however, goes on to say that helping others is not the only reason to write this book. She wanted to generate a ripple effect of gratitude, helping others and relaxation.
In her Decoder’s Guide, she explains the importance of neuroplasticity and bioplasticity in transformation of our mindset. She explains that it is this transformation that helps us relax and thrive. She reminds that change takes time and each individual and different neuroplasticity and bioplasticity, and, therefore, transformation time of every individual varies.
