Youth Killed, Cousin Injured As Speeding Car Hits Bike In Indore

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A 20-year-old youth was killed while his cousin sustained injuries after a speeding car hit their two-wheeler on Saturday.

The incident occurred near Chapda around 1 pm when the duo was returning to their native place in Khategaon from Indore. They were rushed to MY hospital where one of them succumbed to his injuries.

According to MY police outpost staff, the deceased was identified as Hukum, son of Dinesh Mansore, a native of Khategaon who was staying in Singapore Township.

His family members said that Hukum worked with a security agency in the Talawali Chanda area. He was going to Khategaon with his cousin Manish while Hukum was riding the bike.

Mid-way, a speeding car hit them head-on, causing both of them to fall on the road. Hukum sustained severe head injuries, leading to his death. Hukum's father is a farmer and was the eldest son of his family.

The police began a probe to ascertain the exact circumstances surrounding the incident and conducted the post-mortem of the deceased.
