Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A tragic incident of suicide was reported from Madhya Pradesh’s Indore where a 15-year-old boy hanged himself to death at his residence under Palasia police station limits.
According to information, the deceased teenager was identified as Amit, a student of class 8. He was alone at home when the incident occurred as both of his parents were out for work.
No suicide note was found from the scene during preliminary investigation and hence, reason behind the boy taking this extreme step is still unknown.

Palasia police have sent the deceased’s body for postmortem, further action would be taken after the reports come out.
It is said the incident occurred on Saturday evening. When his father returned home from work, he found Amit hanging in the house. The family rushed him to the hospital, but unfortunately, he was declared dead on arrival by doctors.
At present, police are probing the reasons behind the suicide and are taking statements from the family.
Only son of the family
Amit was the only son of his parents and had an elder sister who is employed. His father works as a security guard, while his mother is a domestic worker.
According to the police, the family has not reported any signs of pressure or problems in their statements. Investigations are ongoing to uncover the reasons behind the unfortunate incident.
