MP High Court Chief Justice Suresh Kumar Kait Inaugurates Dispensary At Indore District Court To Enhance Legal Professionals' Welfare

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Justice of MP High Court Suresh Kumar Kait inaugurated a dispensary on the district court premises here on Tuesday and assured that every possible step would be taken in the interest of lawyers. The facility aims to provide immediate medical assistance, with a doctor available on-site at all times.
Chief Justice Kait also conducted a routine inspection of the court premises and interacted with advocates to understand the challenges they face. Addressing their concerns, he instructed officials to resolve the issues promptly to ensure a smooth working environment for legal professionals.

Advocate Ghanshyam Gupta said that Chief Justice Kait emphasised the need for the speedy construction of the new court building in Pipliyahana, under Scheme No 140, and directed officials to expedite the project to meet growing judicial requirements. The event was attended by Justice Vivek Rusia, Administrative Judge of the Indore High Court, Principal District Judge Ajay Srivastava, and Surendra Kumar Verma, president of Indore Bar Association, among others.
The new dispensary and the planned infrastructure developments highlight the judiciary's commitment to improving facilities for both advocates and the general public, ensuring better access to justice and essential services, said Gupta. District court registrar Pratyush Chaturvedi said that about 10,000 people, including judges, lawyers and litigants, access the court premises on working days and the dispensary can provide care to people in case of an emergency.
