Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh Energy Department has announced an online recruitment examination from March 20 to 30 to fill 2,573 vacant regular posts in power companies. The recruitment drive covers third and fourth-class positions across the three power distribution companies, the Transmission Company, the Generation Company and Power Management Company.
The exam will be conducted at Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Satna and Sagar. "These recruitments will not only strengthen the power sector but also enhance efficiency in power distribution, generation and transmission," said Anoop Kumar Singh, managing director, Madhya Pradesh West Zone Electricity Distribution Company, which is overseeing the recruitment process.
Admit Cards
As per information, around 1.25 lakh candidates registered for the exams. Singh said that the candidates can download their admit cards online and asked them to strictly follow the guidelines mentioned. He also stated that candidates must reach their exam centers well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.

March 20: Law Assistant, Assistant Law Officer (9 am - 11 am); Store Assistant, Dresser, Fireman, Junior Stenographer, Security Guard (1 pm - 3 pm); Junior Engineer (Mechanical Plant) (5 pm - 7 pm)
March 21: Office Assistant Grade 3 (three sessions: 9 am - 11 am, 1 pm - 3 pm, 5 pm - 7 pm) March 22: Junior Engineer Civil (9 am - 11 am); Plant Assistant Electrical (1 pm - 3 pm); Plant Assistant Mechanical (5 pm - 7 pm)
March 23: Assistant Manager HR, Security Sub Inspector (9 am - 11 am); Assistant Manager IT, Civil Attendant, Radiographer (1 pm - 3 pm); Lab Technician (5 pm - 7 pm)
March 24: ECG Technician, Pharmacist, Publicity Officer (9 am - 11 am); ANM, Staff Nurse, Programmer, Welfare Assistant (1 pm - 3 pm); Junior Engineer Electronics (Plant) (5 pm - 7 pm)
March 26-29: Line Attendant (three sessions daily: 9 am - 11 am, 1 pm - 3 pm, 5 pm - 7 pm) March 30: Junior Engineer Distribution, Transmission, Plant, Electrical (three sessions: 9 am - 11 am, 1 pm - 3 pm, 5 pm - 7 pm)
