Indore: SIT Formed To Investigate Case Of Attack At Kamlesh Kalra’s House
More than a dozen identified, eight of them arrested so far. Police teams search various localities in the city in search of remaining accused.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been constituted for the investigation in the case registered against corporator Jitu Yadav’s supporters for attacking BJP corporator Kamlesh Kalra’s son and other family members in the Juni Indore area on Saturday.
On the instruction of commissioner of police Santosh Kumar Singh, the SIT led by additional DCP (zone-4) Anand Yadav was constituted for investigation and the arrest of the remaining accused of the case.
ACP Devendra Dhurvey, TI Anil Gupta, TI Amod Singh Rathore, SI Satish Garg, SI Ramkumar Raghuwanshi, ASI Shivnandan Sengar, head constable Mukesh Gaikwad and Gaurav Parmar, the incharge of cyber cell zone-4 are the members of the SIT.
Additional DCP Yadav informed Free Press that two teams have been sent out of the city for the search of the accused involved in the crime. On Saturday, the teams searched Kulkarni Ka Bhatta, Nanda Nagar, Pardesipura area etc for the arrest of the accused as more than a dozen people have been identified and eight of them have been arrested so far.
The investigation of the audio recordings that were circulated on social media is also underway to know the role of Jitu Yadav and to take appropriate action against him.
