Indore Shocker! 35-Year-Old Woman Tries To Kill Self, Three Kids After Dispute With Husband

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A 35-year-old woman allegedly attempted mass suicide along with her three sons after consuming some poisonous substance at her place following a dispute with her husband under Kshipra police station limits on Thursday night.

The incident occurred in Mangliya area around 10 pm and all four were rushed to MY Hospital for treatment. Their condition is said to be stable and are undergoing treatment.

Ingested some poisonous substance

According to police, the woman has been identified as Annu Bai and her sons have been identified as Akash (13), Raj (12) and Pawan (10). They were brought to MY hospital and the doctors informed police that all four had ingested some poisonous substance.

Mangliya police outpost in-charge Vishwajeet Singh told media persons that Annu mixed rat poison into sweets and gave them to her children before consuming it herself. Annu had a heated argument with her husband Jabar Singh who is a driver.

The couple used to have frequent disputes as her husband visited the house after weeks’ interval, which led her to take the drastic step. The police have begun an investigation into the case.
