Indore (Madhya Pradesh): After being fed up with migraine and asthma, a 26-year-old MBA girl student ended her life by hanging herself in her hostel room under Vijay Nagar police station limits on Monday. However, family members blamed hostel management for her death.
No suicide note has been recovered from her place to ascertain the exact cause behind her drastic step. The investigating officer ASI Devendra Singh Senger said that the deceased was identified as Sadhna Chauhan, a native of Raisen district and she was staying in a PG Hostel in Vijay Nagar area.
She was a MBA student studying in Prestige College. Her landlord informed cops that the girl hanged herself in her hostel. She was diagnosed with migraine and asthma which might have led her to take the drastic step. Police have seized her mobile phone and further investigation is underway.
On the other hand, her family members denied that she had been diagnosed with any disease. They claimed if she was diagnosed with migraine and asthma, they would have known about it. They blamed hostel management for her death and demanded a fair investigation.
