Dean Drama Continues At Indore's MGM College
Other deans have been designated as secretaries and members of the association.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The ongoing dispute over the dean's post at MGM Medical College continues to stir controversy.
On Sunday, the deans of all state medical colleges formed the Medical Teachers Dean Association (MP) and Dr Ashok Yadav has been included as a member representing MGM Medical College, while Dr RD Dutt, dean of GMC Singrauli, has been appointed president.
Other deans have been designated as secretaries and members of the association.
Meanwhile, at MGM Medical College, confusion persists over leadership. Following a High Court order, Dr. VP Pandey took charge as dean but later handed over the position to Dr Nilesh Dalal before leaving for a foreign trip. Dr Dalal is expected to officially take charge on Monday.
However, Dr Yadav claims he has not relinquished the post and has communicated this to authorities in Bhopal.
Deans unite amid recruitment controversy For the first time, an association of deans has been formed in Madhya Pradesh, diverging from the traditional associations of doctors.
This move is seen as a response to uncertainties surrounding the dean recruitment process, which is currently under judicial scrutiny.
A petition challenging the recruitment procedure is pending in court, with a hearing scheduled for January 7.
This unprecedented scenario reflects the apprehensions among deans about the security of their positions, adding another layer of complexity to the ongoing dispute.
