Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Indore marked the 79th Independence Day with patriotic celebrations as Collector Asheesh Singh hoisted the national flag at the Collectorate office on Friday.

Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav Hoists Flag at Indore Municipal Corporation Headquarters
On the occasion of Independence Day, Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav hoisted the national flag at the Indore Municipal Corporation headquarters and extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all.
During the event, employees from various departments of the corporation who delivered outstanding performance were awarded to encourage them.
The flag hoisting ceremony saw enthusiastic participation from members of the Mayor’s Council, corporators, officials including Shivam Verma, and other corporation employees.
At the Indore Development Authority, Divisional Commissioner and Chairperson Deepak Singh hoisted the national flag. Chief Executive Officer R.P. Ahirwar, along with senior officials and employees, were present.
During the ceremony, individuals who performed outstanding work were honoured.
With pride and enthusiasm, the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) celebrated the 79th Independence Day with a flag hoisting ceremony in Indore.
