Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A 55-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her live-in partner in a drunken state in Gurushankar Nagar of the Dwarkapuri police station area on Friday night.

According to the police, the deceased was identified as Vasu Bai. Her daughter said that she had been living with the accused, Ravi Shataware, for the past one and a half years after leaving her four children.
Both Vasu Bai and Ravi were habitual drinkers. On the night of the incident, the couple consumed alcohol together.

During a heated argument, Vasu allegedly abused Ravi, which enraged him. In a fit of rage, he allegedly banged her head against the wall multiple times, resulting in her death.
