Video: Shiv Sena Workers Burn Effigy Of Uddhav & Raj Thackeray In UP's Agra Over Violence Against Non-Marathi Speakers In Maharashtra
Party's Agra president, Shivam Sharma said that insulting Hindi speakers while living in Hindustan is a sign of cowardice. "If anyone has made Maharashtra prosperous, it is the hardworking Hindi-speaking people who went there from other states.

In protest against attacks on Hindi-speaking citizens in Maharashtra, workers of the Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) demonstrated at Fatehabad Road Basai Mandi in Agra. They expressed their protest by burning an effigy of Raj Thackeray.
City President Shivam Sharma said that insulting Hindi speakers while living in Hindustan is a sign of cowardice. "If anyone has made Maharashtra prosperous, it is the hardworking Hindi-speaking people who went there from other states. If they were not there, Mumbai would not be the economic capital today. Marathi brothers also live with respect in Uttar Pradesh. This is proof of our sentiment of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" (the world is one family)," he said.
"Uddhav and Raj Thackeray are shattering the dreams of the late Bala Saheb Thackeray. Their return to power is impossible because they do not hesitate to divide society for their personal interests. BMC elections are approaching in Maharashtra, and in such circumstances, these people are deliberately creating tension between Marathi and Hindi-speaking communities," Shiv Sena leader said.
"The central government should intervene in this matter and take legal action against them through the state government," Sharma added.
